Return & Exchange

Our Return & Exchange policy allows you to return or exchange items purchased from Urban Womania within the applicable return or exchange period from the date of delivery to the shipping address mentioned in the order.

For orders delivered within India, the return or exchange period is 2 days from the date of delivery.
For international orders, the return or exchange period is 15 days from the date of delivery.

If the applicable return or exchange period has passed since the delivery of the products, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Damage / Defect / Missing Item Claims

For any damage, defect, incorrect product, incomplete order, or missing item claims, customers must provide a complete unedited parcel opening video recorded while opening the sealed package.

The video must clearly show:

• The shipping label
• The sealed package
• The entire opening process
• The product inside the parcel

Claims without a parcel opening video or reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Exceptions

For Lehengas, Embroidered Sarees, Accessories, and Customized Products*

Exchange will only be possible in the following cases:

• If a wrong item has been shipped to you.
• If the product received is damaged or defective (parcel opening video required).

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• The package is lost in transit.
• We discover mispricing in our online catalogue and the amount charged is higher than the actual listed price.

Customized Products

Customized products include items that have been altered or prepared specifically for the order, such as:

• Lehengas or suits with custom stitching
• Sarees with fall & edging
• Stitched blouses
• Pre-draped sarees

Customized products are not eligible for return or refund unless they are damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been shipped.
